- Booking may be rescheduled once within the app by yourself 3 hours prior to the scheduled booking time.
- Service personnel will guide you to your table according to availability.
- If you are not able to arrive on time, please contact customer service as soon as you can for other possible arrangements. Merchant reserves the right to provide or refuse services if you are late.
- Cancellation must be made at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled booking time. Please go to “Cancellation Policy” for more details. Cancellation is not applicable for particular promotional items. Cancellation rules specified in product “Notices” should take precedence.
