Platform Policy

• FunNow will notify you in advance if there are any changes on the booking date and time due to unforeseeable conditions or insufficient number of pax.
• Enjoy FunNow’s special rate with guaranteed reservation. There is no need to call the merchant to confirm your booking before or after purchase to avoid repeated reservation.
• FunNow guarantees no queue and will reserve the booking time period for your purchase. If the merchant is unable to provide services, please contact customer service immediately.
• For outdoor events or products, actual departure time might be affected by the weather on the day. Merchant will take the initiative to update the weather condition and confirm with customers on the actual departure time one hour prior to the original departure time.
• If bad weather or unfavourable conditions (rain / wet ground / strong wind) persist one hour prior to the departure time, the merchant reserves the right to postpone the event to another day (mutually and directly agreed between merchant and customers on new date and time) or customers may choose to get a full refund.
• Booking information must be complete for the merchant to proceed with your service. Merchant reserves the right to cancel any booking with incomplete details.
• If you are not able to arrive on time, please contact customer service as soon as you can for other possible arrangements. Merchant reserves the right to provide or refuse services if you are late.
• Please go to “Cancellation Policy” for more details. Cancellation is not applicable for particular promotional items. Cancellation rules specified in product “Notices” should take precedence.
• Any additional requests made on site and its associated charges must be settled directly with the merchant.
