レストラン紹介：“炉ばた情緒かっこ”の“かっこ”は、料理・お酒・元気なスタッフがお客様を囲んで包み込む、そんな思いが込められています。テーブルを囲み皆で語らい、直送鮮魚と炉端料理やお酒を楽しめる、活気溢れる“かっこ”には、今日もたくさんのお客様が集まります。 店内雰囲気：店内に入れば、目の前には炉端カウンターが広がり、自慢の職人や元気なスタッフがお客様を出迎えます。炉端を楽しめるカウンター、テーブル席、個室など、その日の気分でお席を選んで“かっこ”を余すことなく満喫してください。特に自慢のカウンター席は、お料理を特大しゃもじで提供させて頂きます。臨場感溢れる演出もお楽しみいただけます。“かっこ”は、器も料理の一部と捉え、一部の食器は栃木県益子焼を取り入れ、一つ一つ手作りで作っています。この益子焼が「かっこ」の和情緒が漂う内装によく合います。 こだわりの食材：炉端をテーマにした粋な居酒屋を目指し、日々鮮魚の仕入れ、調理法にこだわりお客様にお届けしています。他にも徳島ブランド鶏“阿波尾鶏”や焼津産キハダ鮪など、全国各地から選りすぐりの食材を仕入れておりますので、多彩なお料理をお楽しみいただけます。全国各地の素材を炭火で炙り、旨味を逃さず、素材の味でご提供します。他にも“かっこ”ならではの豪快刺身盛りや創作料理などもご用意しております。
