Platform Policy

• FunNow will notify the customer if the activity is canceled due to force majeure or an inadequate number of people.
• FunNow offers a no-queue-required guarantee. If the shop fails to offer the service within 15 minutes, please contact FunNow immediately.
• The activities (product) held outdoor strongly rely on the weather condition. The organizer is obliged to take the initiative to contact the customer and confirm whether or not the activity will carry on as scheduled.
• Regarding bad weather conditions, the organizer has the right to postpone the activity 1 hour before the scheduled time. The exact postponed date will be decided by both sides. Yet, the customer still can ask for a full refund.
• The organizer may refuse to provide the service if the booking information provided by the customer is incomplete or false.
• To ensure the rights and interests of other customers, please contact the organizer via the number on the booking information page if there are any possible late arrivals. The organizer may reserve your service depending on the situation at the time.
• The cancellation needs to be done 30 minutes ahead. Please refer to "FAQ" if you have any questions. Special events do not apply to this regulation, please refer to the detail of the package.
• Special facilities may cost extra fees which will be charged according to the onsite announcement.
