【餐廳簡介】佇立於繁華都市中的百年建築，讓食客遠離日常塵囂、感受日本恬靜美好、享受悠閒放鬆的時光，這裡是低調的美食居酒屋「 椀 」。在古民家風情的店內，與三五好友在隱密的包廂中，大啖創意和風現代料理吧！ 【店家氛圍】「美食居酒屋 椀」的裝潢概念是營造出 “ 100 年前的日本古民房 ” 的復古氣氛。使用木質建材及暖色系照明，再以細竹及和服腰帶等材料裝飾店內，打造出純和風的用餐空間。在匠人精心設計的沈穩日式氛圍中，以美酒佳餚招待來客、帶您品味日常之美。此外，如同店名「椀」（碗）一樣，本店對於餐具也十分講究。店內部分餐具來自櫪木縣的純手工益子燒，與餐廳裝潢完美結合，更襯托料理美味。 【招牌菜色】 餐前沙拉：本店提供的餐前沙拉可免費續盤，還有多種口味沙拉醬任選搭配。飯前先用蔬菜墊肚子，可以減緩身體對醣分的吸收，抑制血糖值急遽上升或過度攝取醣分。 陶杯裝啤酒：啤酒以陶瓷杯提供，用嚴選的杯子和益子燒的餐盤為美食加分，帶給來客別有一番風味的用餐體驗。 一天一碗味噌湯：餐點最後會招待每人一碗味噌湯，湯中含有的大豆蛋白可以溶解血液中的膽固醇，讓血管更健康喔！
