【店家故事】1973年以草木染和古代染而廣為人知的日本染色代表「山岡古都」大師，在「中山門」遺址創立了本店。山岡大師致力於保護和傳承沖繩特有的「紅型」文化， 除了研究成千上萬種彩色草木染料而產生的「紅型」之外，由珊瑚化石製成的「珊瑚染」也被高度評價為本工房獨有的工法。 是個少數融合工房、體驗教室和商店的傳統工藝設施。 【獨特技術】在此可以體驗日本唯一的「珊瑚染」技術，使用店裡的珍貴珊瑚，選擇T恤或手提袋等物品，根據喜好將它們染成屬於自己的顏色。將各種大小的珊瑚化石結合在一起，把染具與五顏六色的染色液一起浸泡，最後控制珊瑚的圖案就完成啦！ 簡單的製作過程老少閒宜，簡單又有趣！ 【防疫對策】本店為防止「新型冠狀肺炎」擴大感染，實施定期室內外通風、使用消毒液消毒以及入場人數限制。請來訪的顧客入店前自備口罩及配合測量體溫。
