My appointment was at 1:00 PM, and although I arrived 15 minutes late, the staff were incredibly understanding and still gave me the full 2-hour massage, which I truly appreciated. The massage itself was excellent. The therapist didn’t miss a single area and paid extra attention to my pain points, especially my lower back and neck. I also loved that they used hot towels during the massage, which made it even more relaxing and helped relieve the muscle tension. The staff were professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. Their service exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and much better than when I arrived. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
