- Each booking may be rescheduled once no later than 3 hours before original booking time. No refund will be given if there is any price difference. - The shop will reserve the service booked by the customers. The service is only available during the period booked.
- FunNow guarantees vacancies for valid bookings. FunNow members can enjoy the discount prices provided by FunNow and do not need to phone-call the shop before or after booking.
- FunNow offers a no-queue-required guarantee and will reserve the time slot booked by the customer. If the shop fails to offer the service within 15 minutes, please contact FunNow immediately.
- Please let us know if you have a preferred masseur. The shop will do its best to meet your requirements. Yet, there are no guarantees.
- In case you have any special health conditions, e.g. pregnancy, injury, or headache, please notify the masseur before the massage begins.
- To ensure the right and interests of other customers, please call the shop via the number on the booking information page if there are any possible late arrivals. The shop reserves the right to offer services according to the booking status. The cancellation needs to be done 30 minutes ahead. Please refer to "FAQ" if you have any questions. Special events do not apply to this regulation, please refer to the detail of the package.
- If you feel uncomfortable with a particular masseur's technique within 10 minutes from the beginning, please inform the front desk immediately so that they can change the masseur for you.
