Reservation Policy:
・A deposit of RM 100 nett per reservation is required upon reservation. Deposit amount will be deducted from the total bill. No refund for any cancellation. However, rescheduling can be made once and it has to be made more than 48 hours prior to your reservation.

Restaurant Policy:
・Arrival Time: Guests are required to arrive no later than 15 minutes from the booked time to ensure smooth operation.
・Dining time is set at a maximum of 2 hours per reservation to ensure a smooth experience for all guests.
・While Oolam caters primarily to adults, children are welcome to dine with us if they can enjoy the same menu without special modifications.
・Please note that we do not offer a dedicated kids’ menu.
・All Durian base items are not allowed to be brought into the restaurant.

・Smart casual attire is required.
・For Gentlemen: Open-toe footwear, slippers, sandals, Crocs, and sleeveless tops are not permitted.

Corkage Fee:
・If you are planning to bring your own bottle, corkage fee applies as below:
・RM 100 per bottle of Wine.
・RM 150 per bottle of Liquor / Spirits
・We do provide deals for BYO if you purchased a bottle from our selection.
