Drawing from cherished childhood memories spent in his family’s kitchen, Chef Suhalmi presents a menu that is both personal and reimagined. From the deeply nostalgic yet elevated Beef Rib Rendang Tok to the inventive grilled Ayam Percik, the menu celebrates local ingredients and time-honoured traditions with elegance, creativity, and a deep sense of place. At the heart of ATAS lies a commitment to sustainability practices, combined with Malaysian cooking techniques to redefine the boundaries of taste and tradition.

Reservation Policy for GU:UM Menu (12 July 2025):
・GU:UM Menu is available on 12 July 2025 from 18:30 for RM 488 nett per person. A 50% deposit of RM 244 nett per person is required upon reservation. Kindly note that regular dining menu is not available during this period. Deposit amount will be deducted from the total bill. No refund for cancellation.
・For one night only, experience the bold flavours of GU:UM — the elevated Korean steakhouse by One MICHELIN-starred Chef Louis Han — as it makes its debut in Malaysia at ATAS at The RuMa with an exclusive set course dinner.
・Chef Louis Han, together with Head Chef Sanggil Byeon and the GU:UM team, will deliver a bold, fireled tasting menu that reimagines the soul of Korean barbecue through refined modern grilling and evocative storytelling.
