Tucked inside an office building, this upmarket restaurant serves Thai dishes rooted in tradition but with creative twists and stylish plating. Chef Noom, who also owns Chim by Siam Wisdom, in Bangkok, devises two multicourse tasting menus that change every season. Quality ingredients from Japan are used in conjunction with local spices, fruit and vegetables. The Lost Recipe is a 200-year-old variation of tom yum with nicely balanced flavours.

Chef Willy, the esteemed Head Chef of Chim Dining, has dedicated thirty years to the culinary arts, beginning his journey at the age of 18. He has traveled across more than twenty countries, including Spain, Italy, Turkey, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Alaska, China, Hong Kong, and Singapore, to learn diverse cooking techniques. During this period, he gained valuable experience working with renowned hotels and groups and collaborated with various notable chefs.

In 2015, Chef Willy returned to his hometown to care for his parents and continue his career. In 2022, the restaurant where he was working was shortlisted for the Michelin Guide Malaysia. Chef Willy’s dishes are crafted to bring joy and leave a lasting impression, reflecting his extensive culinary journey and passion for the art of cooking.
