客户须知

  • 1. *Make a Reservation*

  • Before reserving a scooter, please review the rental pricing and daily distance limit for your chosen model. To confirm your booking, a NT$ 200/day advance payment is required. This is a partial payment only, the remaining balance is due at the time of pickup.

  • 2. *Pay the Rental Deposit*

  • A refundable deposit is required for potential traffic violations.

  • •NT$10,000 (approx. USD 300) for scooters under 155cc

  • •NT$25,000 (approx. USD 775) for scooters or motorcycles over 155cc  

  • This deposit will be charged online through fun now, our third party partner and will be returned one month after the return date, once we confirm that no traffic fines have been issued.

  • *Traffic Violations* :

  • If a traffic violation is reported, we will provide photographic proof, including the location, date, time, and scooter plate number. A 10% processing fee will be added to each violation. The deposit will only be refunded after all violation fees have been fully paid.

  • *Damages:*

  • If the scooter is damaged, you will be responsible for the full repair costs upon return. Please note that the deposit is reserved exclusively for traffic violations and cannot be used for damages.
