  • Reservation Policy:

  • ・A deposit of RM 362.50 nett per person is required upon reservation. Deposit amount will be deducted from the total bill.

  • ・No refund for cancellation. Kindly be informed that reschedule is only allowed if the changes were made 48 hours prior to your reservation.

  • ・The dining experience at Jeff’s Cellar may take as a minimum 3 hours.

  • Menus:

  • ・At Jeff’s Cellar we only offer Prix fixe course menus.

  • ・NO ala carte menus will be available.

  • Dress Code:

  • ・Smart Casual as a minimum - Flip-flops/slippers and shorts are strictly NOT permitted.

  • Child Policy:

  • ・In keeping with the exclusivity and ideals of our bespoke sanctuary, Children below 12-year-old are strictly not allowed into the Restaurant & Retreat.

  • ・No walking around retreats for non staying in house guest as our retreat's security and privacy policy.

  • Corkage Charge:

  • ・Please take note that the restaurant has a corkage charge of RM 120 per bottle for wine & RM 240 per bottle for hard liquor.

  • ・Bring your own bottle to Jeff’s Cellar Bar or On The Rocks Sky Lounge are NOT permitted.
