"We are a community-based restaurant, so we want to make it a place where people can come several times a week," says owner Kikuchi. The restaurant serves simple dishes that go well with alcohol, with a focus on fresh meat, such as skewers made with Oyama chicken and pork killed that morning, meat sashimi cooked at low temperature, and motsunabe with a soft texture. As Kikuchi says, "I wanted to open a small and cozy restaurant," it is not suitable for large parties, but it is a great place to visit with close friends or colleagues.
