● This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and on balconies. Violations will incur a cleaning fee of NT$3,000. If other guests are affected, the hotel reserves the right to refuse continued stay.
● Pets are not permitted at this time.
● Quiet hours begin at 22:00. Please keep noise to a minimum so all guests can rest comfortably.

● Cancellations made 3 or more days before check-in: Full refund.
● Cancellations made 1–2 days before check-in: 50% cancellation fee based on pre-discount order amount.
● Cancellations on the day of check-in: 100% cancellation fee based on pre-discount order amount. Example: For a May 5 check-in, cancellations must be made before 00:00 on May 3 to receive a full refund.
● All deadlines are based on local time at the property.
