Description
Every course at Api-Api celebrates the soul of Penang and Malaysia—ingredients drawn from our coastlines, farms, and native heritage. Seasonal seafood comes in with the morning boats, caught in local seas and prepared the same day. Fire is our language; terroir, our inspiration. Each dish draws on the soul of Penang and Malaysia, reinterpreted through Japanese fire techniques and precision plating. The ingredients speak of our land—jasmine rice, padi-straw from Kedah, organic free-range chickens raised in the northern hills, and the proud local hybrid Wagyu, Mygyu.
