Seasonal seafood comes in with the morning boats, caught in local seas and prepared the same day. Fire is our language; terroir, our inspiration. Each dish draws on the soul of Penang and Malaysia, reinterpreted through Japanese fire techniques and precision plating. The ingredients speak of our land—jasmine rice, padi-straw from Kedah, organic free-range chickens raised in the northern hills, and the proud local hybrid Wagyu, Mygyu.
