Campground Guidelines

· Due to limited tent space, extra beds and additional guests are not permitted.

· If the actual number of guests exceeds the booking, Warm Flow Glamping cannot accommodate the stay.

· Each tent is equipped with air conditioning, a dehumidifier, and a fan. Please do not bring additional electrical appliances to avoid power outages.

· The campsite is located within Yangmingshan National Park, where open flames, fireworks, barbecues, and outdoor cooking are strictly prohibited.

· Designated smoking areas are available; please ask on-site staff for locations.

· Tents have limited sound insulation; please keep noise levels low after 10:00 PM.

· The campsite is within a national park with abundant wildlife. Do not feed or capture wild animals, as this is illegal.

· Surrounded by mountains, the area is cool in the mornings and evenings and has mosquitoes. Please bring warm clothing and insect repellent.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment Methods: Online credit card, LINE Pay, or ATM transfer.

1. Online Credit Card / LINE Pay:

· If you cancel your booking, 3% of the total amount will be charged as a system transaction fee.

· A digital invoice is issued immediately.

· If you wish to avoid this fee, please choose ATM transfer.

2. ATM Transfer:

· Payment must be completed within 3 days of booking; otherwise, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

· If you require an invoice dated for your stay, please choose this payment method.

Cancellation Policy

· 90 days or more before check-in: Full refund.

- Credit card / LINE Pay: 3% system fee deducted.

- ATM: NT$30 bank fee deducted.

· 10–89 days before check-in: 3% of total booking as a cancellation fee.

· 7–9 days before check-in: 25% cancellation fee.

· 4–6 days before check-in: 30% cancellation fee.

· 2–3 days before check-in: 35% cancellation fee.

· 1 day before check-in: 40% cancellation fee.

· Same-day (Day 0) cancellation: 50% cancellation fee.

※ For ATM payments, cancellations 10 days or more before check-in incur a NT$30 bank fee; cancellations within 10 days follow the same policy as online payments.

※ IF Bookings made from August 1, 2025, 00:00 onward follow the 3% cancellation fee for 10–89 days before check-in.

※ IF Bookings made before July 31, 2025, 23:59 follow the 5% cancellation fee for 10–89 days before check-in.

Pet Policy

(Pet-Friendly Accommodation Guidelines)

1. Currently, only dogs are allowed. Future updates for other pets will be announced.

2. Please inform us at the time of booking if you are bringing your dog, and do not enter non-pet-friendly areas to respect other guests.

3. Dogs must have completed rabies vaccination. Present the vaccination certificate or collar tag upon check-in.

4. Dogs must be bathed and treated for fleas before arrival.

5. Dogs must be over 6 months old. Owners of senior dogs should ensure their pet’s health is suitable for travel.

6. A cleaning fee of NT$500 per dog per night applies (NT$1,000 for 2 dogs, NT$1,500 for 3 dogs).

7. Dogs must be kept on a leash, stroller, or carrier in all public areas.

8. A NT$2,000 cash deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded after room inspection upon check-out.

9. Dogs must wear belly bands (male) or diapers (female) in the tent/camper. No dogs on beds.

10. Please wipe your dog’s paws before entering the room.

-No blow-drying or brushing inside the tent.

-Pet bathing is not available on-site, but a simple paw-washing area is provided.

11. If a dog shows aggressive behavior or continuous barking that cannot be controlled, the resort reserves the right to refuse service without refund.

12. Please clean up immediately after your dog relieves itself in the tent, bathroom, or outdoor areas.

13. Do not leave dogs unattended in the room.

14. Dogs are not allowed on the floor of indoor restaurants; use a stroller or carrier.

-Do not use restaurant tableware to feed dogs.

-Human meals are not suitable for pets.

15. Owners are fully responsible for any injuries or damages caused by their dog, including fights with other dogs, biting incidents, or damage to facilities. Compensation must be made if required.

16. Violating the above rules may result in a NT$5,000 penalty.

17. Restricted breeds: Pit Bull, Tibetan Mastiff, Bullmastiff, Doberman, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Tosa, Neapolitan Mastiff, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, or any dog showing aggressive behavior.

18. Scenic Hot Spring Houses are not pet-friendly.

19. Tent Area:

-No size limit, maximum 3 dogs per tent.

-Size reference: Large >23 kg, Medium 9–23 kg, Small <9 kg.
