▌Campground Guidelines
· Due to limited tent space, extra beds and additional guests are not permitted.
· If the actual number of guests exceeds the booking, Warm Flow Glamping cannot accommodate the stay.
· Each tent is equipped with air conditioning, a dehumidifier, and a fan. Please do not bring additional electrical appliances to avoid power outages.
· The campsite is located within Yangmingshan National Park, where open flames, fireworks, barbecues, and outdoor cooking are strictly prohibited.
· Designated smoking areas are available; please ask on-site staff for locations.
· Tents have limited sound insulation; please keep noise levels low after 10:00 PM.
· The campsite is within a national park with abundant wildlife. Do not feed or capture wild animals, as this is illegal.
· Surrounded by mountains, the area is cool in the mornings and evenings and has mosquitoes. Please bring warm clothing and insect repellent.
▌Payment & Cancellation Policy

► If the booking is canceled, a 3% system processing fee will be charged, payable by the guest.
► Invoice: Your e-invoice will be issued immediately once the 10-minute cancellation window has passed. Please check your email — search for ECPay or e-invoice in your inbox.
▌Cancellation Policy
· 90 days or more before check-in: Full refund.
· 10–89 days before check-in: 3% fee based on pre-discount order amount.
· 7–9 days before check-in: 25% fee based on pre-discount order amount.
· 4–6 days before check-in: 30% fee based on pre-discount order amount.
· 2–3 days before check-in: 35% fee based on pre-discount order amount.
· 1 day before check-in: 40% fee based on pre-discount order amount.
· Same-day (Day 0) cancellation: 50% fee based on pre-discount order amount.
▌Pet-Friendly Accommodation Guidelines
1. Scenic Hot Spring Houses are not pet-friendly.
2. Please inform us at the time of booking if you are bringing your dog, and do not enter non-pet-friendly areas to respect other guests.
3. Pets must have up-to-date rabies vaccinations. Owners must present proof of vaccination (certificate or vaccination tag) upon check-in.
4. Cats must be neutered/spayed, and proof must be provided before check-in.
5. Pets must be bathed and treated for fleas before arrival.
6. Cats and other small pets: No size limit, but up to three pets per accommodation.
7. Pets must be over 6 months old. Owners of senior dogs should ensure their pet’s health is suitable for travel.
8. A Cleaning fee for pets is charged based on the number of pets and the duration of the stay. Please refer to the official website for the latest fee standards.
9. Leashes, pet strollers, or carriers are required in public areas.
10. A NT$2,000 cash deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded upon check-out, pending an inspection of the accommodation.
11. Inside tents/campervans, pets must wear male pet diapers or female pet diapers and are not allowed on the beds.
12. Cat owners must bring litter boxes and preferred litter. If forgotten, rental options are available (please inquire at reception).
13. Before entering the tent, wipe your pet's paws. No blow-drying or grooming inside the tent. Bathing pets on-site is not permitted.
14. Cats must have trimmed claws to prevent scratching damage.
15. If a pet displays aggressive behavior or continuous barking and the owner fails to control it, the resort reserves the right to refuse accommodation without a refund.
16. Please clean up immediately after your dog relieves itself in the tent, bathroom, or outdoor areas.
17. Do not leave dogs unattended in the room.
18. Dogs are not allowed on the floor of indoor restaurants; use a stroller or carrier.
-Do not use restaurant tableware to feed dogs.
-Human meals are not suitable for pets.
19. Owners are fully responsible for any injuries or damages caused by their dog, including fights with other dogs, biting incidents, or damage to facilities. Compensation must be made if required.
20. Violating the above rules may result in a NT$5,000 penalty.
21. Restricted breeds: Pit Bull, Tibetan Mastiff, Bullmastiff, Doberman, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Tosa, Neapolitan Mastiff, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, or any dog showing aggressive behavior.
22. Prohibited pet species for safety reasons: Snakes, lizards, birds, and arthropods.
