- ONE Seafood Restaurant caters to a wide range of tastes at reasonable yet worthwhile prices. Our food ranged from a garden salad created from local market gardens, to fish, poultry and oysters fished live from our aquarium. ONE’s collection of flavourful menus show our many other choice offerings. The lunch, dinner, and dessert menus have been carefully assembled to offer tasty traditional fare and palate- pleasing specialties using as much local produce as is available and served with a huge helping of our own local hospitality. Our staff seeks to provide personalized service that will exceed your expectations. ONE Seafood adheres to a philosophy that only what’s fresh will be served and the multi-course menu would be planned by our awards winning Chef Aun Chin Poh from time to time. The menu is drawn from more than 100 types of cuisines our chef has developed and continue to expand on. Located at Jalan Bukit Bintang, ONE’s large floor space is fully dividable into separate rooms with movable partition walls, each with their own sound system.
