The signature fried rice is tossed with seafood, peach and walnuts for lovely layers of smoky flavour; the crowd-favourite omelette is sumptuously smooth and soft; even the simple-seeming lap cheong and ikan bilis emerge with house-crafted glazes and garnishes.
