亮點
Bukkake udon is a Japanese noodle dish featuring cold udon noodles topped with a variety of ingredients and served with a concentrated, flavourful broth or sauce poured over them. The name "bukkake" means "to splash" or "to pour over" in Japanese, reflecting the way the broth or sauce is added to the dish.
