亮點
Kitsune udon is a traditional Japanese noodle dish featuring udon noodles in a light, flavourful dashi broth, topped with sweet, simmered aburaage (fried tofu). "Kitsune" means fox in Japanese, and the dish is named after the belief that foxes have a fondness for aburaage.
