注意事項
- Customer are advised to bring personal Items : Cap, Umbrella, Sunglasses, Sunscreen, Camera, Towel, Slippers, Wear colourful outfit (long-sleeve top and short pants preferred). Have an extra dress on hand, just in case.
- No Smoking on the boat or beach. Do not take shells or marine life from the beach or sea.
- Keep the beach clean and avoid littering.
- Any changes will be communicated in advance.
- Be punctual at the Jetty; delays may result in non-refundable situations.
- For outdoor events or products, actual departure time might be affected by the weather on the day. Merchant will take the initiative to update the weather condition and confirm with customers on the actual departure time prior to the original departure time.
- If bad weather or unfavorable conditions (rain / wet ground / strong wind) persist one hour prior to the departure time, the merchant reserves the right to postpone the booking to another date (mutually and directly agreed between merchant and customers on new date and time) or customers may choose to get a full refund.
