This technique involves applying powder to the tip of the eyebrow. Makes it look more diffused. Suitable for people who wear makeup regularly. Want to get a tattoo that looks like lightly drawn eyebrows or someone who has a lot of eyebrows but no eyebrows. Powder coating will help keep the colors even. And it's a clearer shape than tattooing using only line drawing techniques.
