Exfoliation: A scrub or pumice stone is used to remove dead skin cells and smooth rough patches on the hands and feet.

Moisturization: Lotion or oil is applied to the hands and feet to moisturize and soften the skin.

Massage: The hands and feet are massaged using techniques to promote relaxation and circulation.

Nail care: The nails are cleaned, shaped, and buffed. The cuticles may be pushed back or trimmed, and any hangnails may be removed.

Nail polish: If desired, nail polish is applied to the nails. This may include a base coat, color coat, and top coat of regular nail polish or gel polish, depending on the individual's preference. Each layer will be allowed to dry or cured using a UV or LED lamp as necessary.
