Hu Tong is a Chinese restaurant inspired by the rich traditions, flavours, and stories of Chinese cuisine. Our concept, “Stories Carried in Every Dish,” reflects our belief that every dish carries a story, from its ingredients and cooking techniques to the memories and traditions behind it. We aim to create a warm dining experience where guests can enjoy authentic flavours while discovering the stories behind each dish.
