I had a wonderful experience today! Big thanks to Cody for the professional scalp analysis — as an expecting mother, I truly appreciate that he carefully screened out treatments not suitable for me. Also, a special thank you to Yamna for her attentive and friendly service. The whole treatment was so comfortable and relaxing. Truly worth it!

I was running late but they were very accommodating and didn't deduct my spa time. They even sent me a video of how to get to the salon. Redeeming the voucher was a breeze as the team were familiar with the system. Manager Hannah was friendly and knowledgeable. Liked the spa enough to buy a package during their opening promo. No hard sell which I liked.
