• Merchant will reserve the booking time period once a purchase is made on FunNow.
• Enjoy FunNow’s special rate with guaranteed reservation. There is no need to call the merchant to confirm your booking before or after purchase to avoid repeated reservation.
• FunNow guarantees no queue and will reserve the booking time period for your purchase. If the merchant is unable to provide services within 15 minutes, please contact customer service immediately.
• Booking may be rescheduled once within the app by yourself 3 hours prior to the scheduled booking time.
• You may request for your preferred therapist. However, this is subject to availability or at the discretion of the merchant.
• Please inform the therapist before your treatment if you have any medical concerns such as pregnant, injury or headache.
• Please arrive at the outlet 15 minutes before the scheduled booking time for check-in and change.
• If you are not able to arrive on time, please contact customer service as soon as you can for other possible arrangements. Merchant reserves the right to provide or refuse services if you are late.
• Cancellation must be made at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled booking time. Please go to “Cancellation Policy” for more details. Cancellation is not applicable for particular promotional items. Cancellation rules specified in product “Notices” should take precedence.
