亮点
Fettuccine al Nero di Seppia is a striking and flavorful Italian dish that combines fresh fettuccine pasta with a rich, jet-black sauce made from cuttlefish ink (nero di seppia). The ink, harvested from the cuttlefish, gives the dish its signature deep color and a uniquely briny, slightly sweet flavor, which pairs beautifully with the tender fettuccine.
