A passionate advocate and educator of Sarawak's indigenous cuisine, Karen is the operator of the supper club "Ethnic Sarawak Nights”, where she serves traditional Sarawakian cuisine using indigenous ingredients.

In this session, Karen delves into the extraordinary powers of bamboo and using the material to both cook and naturally ferment foods- and the immense health benefits which derive from this.
