・A collaboration is in the cards for the month of October between Taiwan and Malaysia! Our friends from Kaohsiung Taiwan - Ça marche - extends an invitation to embark on a journey for the senses as you are lead through the intricacies of southern Taiwanese that is refined with a French-Japanese touch.

・A staunch believer in taste over conventional culinary rules, Ça marche aims to stir up an extended reminiscence for flavours through their dishes. We look forward to fusing Akar’s Malaysian terroir and flavours with Ça marche as we allow the ebb and flow of our cultures to converge and collect within our kitchen space.
