- Booking may be rescheduled once within the app by yourself 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time.
- Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time. Please go to “Cancellation Policy” for more details. Cancellation is not applicable for particular promotional items. Cancellation rules specified in product “Notices” should take precedence.
- Merchant will reserve the product purchased and the number of pax indicated in the booking once a purchase is made on FunNow.

- FunNow guarantees no queue and will reserve the booking time period for your purchase. If the merchant is unable to provide services within 15 minutes, please contact customer service immediately.
- If you are not able to arrive on time, please contact customer service as soon as you can for other possible arrangements. Merchant reserves the right to provide or refuse services if you are late.

- Any additional purchases made on site must be settled directly with the merchant.
- Aged below 21 years old and muslims are prohibited from purchasing alcohol under any laws, regulations or religions. Merchant reserves the right to request valid photo identification for age verification purpose and refuse the delivery of alcohol without any refund if the recipient is aged below 21 or muslim.
