• Enjoy FunNow’s special rate with guaranteed reservation. There is no need to call the merchant to confirm your booking before or after purchase to avoid repeated reservation.
• FunNow guarantees no queue and will reserve the booking time period for your purchase. If the merchant is unable to provide services, please contact customer service immediately.
• Booking may be rescheduled once within the app by yourself 3 hours prior to the scheduled booking time.
• Kindly bring your valid photo identification (ID) for identity and age verification upon entry. Merchant reserves the right to deny your entry if you are unable to provide a valid photo ID for verification or the photo ID is unrecognizable or inconsistent with the entrant.
• If you are not able to arrive on time, please contact customer service as soon as you can for other possible arrangements. Merchant reserves the right to provide or refuse services if you are late.
• Cancellation must be made at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled booking time. Please go to “Cancellation Policy” for more details. Cancellation is not applicable for particular promotional items. Cancellation rules specified in product “Notices” should take precedence.
• Please refer to the fine print for individual products in “Notices”.
• Any additional purchases made on site must be settled directly with the merchant.
• Aged below 21 years old and muslims are prohibited from purchasing alcohol under any laws, regulations or religions. Merchant reserves the right to request valid photo identification for age verification purpose and refuse the delivery of alcohol without any refund if the recipient is aged below 21 or muslim.
