【Ticket Information】
・Event Date: Saturday, November 15, 2025
・Location: Akiruno City, Tokyo (Tokyo Summerland Parking Lot #2)
・Rain Policy: Event will proceed in light rain. Fireworks may be canceled in case of strong wind, heavy rain, or other severe weather conditions.There will be no rescheduled date.
・Fireworks Time: 18:00–19:00 (Synchronized with music; approx. 60 minutes)

・Although a free parking area is available, space is limited and heavy traffic is expected. We highly recommend using public transportation and the free shuttle service (refer to the product description for transport details).

Q： 當天的氣溫大約是多少？
A： 會場周邊 11 月的平均最高氣溫約為 16℃，最低氣溫約為 6℃。特別是夜間可能會感到寒冷，建議攜帶長袖衣物或防風外套。

A： 在 Summerland 等指定的會場設有停車場及自行車停車場。嚴禁將車輛停放在指定區域之外。
Q： 會因為人潮擁擠而限制入場嗎？
A： 本活動無限制入場人數，開放給所有購票民眾。
Q： 煙火結束後還有巴士運行嗎？
A： 我們備有前往秋川站的接駁巴士。
【關於會場】
Q： 場內可以丟垃圾嗎？
A： 場內設有多個垃圾桶，請遵守垃圾分類規定使用。請勿隨意丟棄或放置垃圾，以免造成他人困擾。
Q： 可以帶寵物入場嗎？
A： 禁止攜帶寵物入場。
Q： 輪椅、嬰兒車可以入場嗎？
A： 可以入場。現場也準備了無障礙廁所，若需要協助，請隨時向附近的工作人員提出。此外，觀賞時若人潮擁擠，建議將嬰兒車收起來。
Q： 廁所多嗎？
A： 如會場地圖所示，已準備了足夠的數量，但根據時間段和地點不同，可能會預計有擁擠狀況。
Q： 有哺乳室、尿布更換區嗎？
A： 我們設有專用空間。
Q： 手機訊號沒有問題嗎？
A： 原則上是沒問題的。但人潮眾多時，通訊狀況可能會變差。
Q： 煙火幾點開始施放？
A： 預計於 18:00～19:00 之間施放。1 小時內將施放 5,000 發煙火。

A： 場內設有 2 處吸菸區。請勿在指定區域之外吸菸。
Q： 可以帶食物飲料進場嗎？
A： 當天禁止攜帶外食。請使用場內的飲食攤位。
【關於門票】
Q： 門票可以退費嗎？
A： 購買後的門票，無論任何情況（如遺失、廢棄、被盜、破損、忘記攜帶等），一律不重新發行。請妥善保管門票。
Q： 可以選擇觀賞區或座位位置嗎？
A： SS席、A席的座位會自動指定（無法自行選擇）。自由區域則可選擇該區域內您喜歡的位置。
Q： 持付費門票可以再次入場嗎？
A： 可以再次入場。
Q： 自由區域是站著觀賞嗎？可以帶椅子或墊子嗎？
A： 自由區域不能站著觀賞。可以攜帶折疊椅入場，但請以長 30×寬 30×高 30 公分左右為基準。（有椅背或高度較高的物品可能會妨礙其他觀眾觀賞，因此禁止攜帶）
地墊類物品，禁止攜帶以佔位為目的的藍色塑膠布，但可攜帶符合人數大小的野餐墊。

- 活動照常舉行，即使下雨也不取消。如遇下雨，建議攜帶雨衣（現場不建議使用雨傘觀賞煙火，以免遮擋他人視線）。

- 活動會場設有指定的停車場及自行車停放區，請勿停車於非指定區域。
- 持票者無入場人數限制。
- 活動結束後備有接駁車前往秋川站，方便返程。
- 建議搭乘接駁車、計程車或大眾交通工具前往，請勿違規停車或打擾當地居民。
【門票與入場說明】
- 入場觀賞區需持票入場，13 歲以上為付費入場，小學生以下免費。
- 無票者不得進入收費觀賞區。
【廁所使用提醒】
- 會場設有臨時與常設廁所，請盡量於進場前使用。
- 煙火施放前為人潮高峰，建議提前如廁。
- 前往廁所時，請隨身攜帶門票，可能需再次檢票。
【其他提醒事項】
- 活動現場照片與影片可能用於報導或宣傳，購票即視為同意授權曝光。
- 煙火碎屑可能飄落至觀眾席，請注意安全。若有異物入眼，請勿揉眼，並立刻至救護帳篷處理。

- Pets are not allowed inside the venue.

- In case of strong winds or severe weather leading to event cancellation, refunds will be processed by FunNow.
- No refunds will be given if the event is canceled partway through due to weather conditions after it has started.
- No refunds will be provided for personal reasons, such as a flight cancellation, that prevent you from attending.
- 【Notes for the Viewing Area】
- The venue can get crowded. Please do not stand in the aisles to watch the show.
- Please follow the instructions of security, police, and staff.
- Disruptive individuals will be asked to leave without a ticket refund.
- Please keep an eye on children. No broadcast services will be provided to locate missing persons during the fireworks display.

- Please smoke only in the designated smoking areas.
- Do not drink excessively. Intoxicated individuals may be asked to leave the venue.

- Drones are not permitted in the venue without the organizer's permission. Unauthorized use may lead to the cancellation of the fireworks display, and police will be notified.

- You may photograph the fireworks, but please do not obstruct the view of others.
