It is like a hideout away from the hustle and bustle of the city, providing a luxurious and relaxed atmosphere as soon as you step through the noren curtain. Only 3 types of courses are offered at different prices. The restaurant uses both aged and morning-slaughtered chickens. Since it is completely by reservation only, each chicken is butchered from scratch according to the number of reservations received. The high firepower of the Kishu-binchotan charcoal, which is carefully and slowly heated over long time, brings out the flavor of the Jidori chicken. Sake is also available to match with the Jidori, allowing you to discover a new marriage of the delicious taste of carefully selected Jidori and sake.
