Only female Kuroge Wagyu beef with particularly high meat quality is selected, and chuck eye roll is used for shabu-shabu and sukiyaki. You can enjoy the strong umami flavor with little excess fat. The sukiyaki broth and shabu-shabu broth, which enhance the meat's flavor, are also the restaurant's specialties.
