Sushi Komatsu, run by a tuna specialty store, opened on July 28, 2022. The signature menu item is "Bluefin Tuna Nigiri," carefully selected by the president of the specialty store. In addition to lean, medium, and fatty tuna, rare cuts are also served daily. Tuna from famous production areas such as Oma in Aomori Prefecture and Shiogama in Miyagi Prefecture are prepared according to the season. Enjoy fresh bluefin tuna that you won't find anywhere else.
