The owner himself visits the countryside and speaks to the producers, carefully selecting ingredients every day that he can confidently recommend as the "tastiest right now." By incorporating seasonal ingredients and a variety of Japanese and Western techniques, the restaurant brings out the best in the ingredients and conveys the producers' passion to its guests. The first floor of the restaurant is a counter-centered space with a Kyoto feel, while the second floor is equipped with a relaxing space inspired by Kyoto's countryside.
