Located on 8F of a tall building in the middle of Ginza, we serve charcoal-grilled yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) using mainly carefully-selected high-grade Matsuzaka Beef and Miyazaki Beef, seeking for a truly savory taste. Though many other creative yakiniku restaurants elaborate creative dishes, we stick to serving simple yakiniku dishes to emphasize high-quality ingredients. Our owner calls it [return to the origin]. Enjoy our exquisite meat dishes such as [Fillet of Matsuzaka Beef] and [Salted Tongue of Japanese Black Beef]. We also carefully select other ingredients other than meat, for example [Takahashi Egg] from Hidaka city, Saitama prefecture to serve with [yukke (tartar)]. Inside the restaurant has a sophisticated space designed by a professional designer to match our premium yakiniku dishes. Also enjoy high-quality wine which goes well with meat to have the ultimate moment.
