They are proud of their dishes, which are made using carefully selected ingredients such as meat delivered directly from Kagoshima and fish from Tsukiji, and are simply prepared to bring out the best in the ingredients. The same ingredients can have completely different flavors depending on how they are prepared, so it's great to discover new flavors. The dishes proposed by the chef, who honed his skills in French cuisine, stimulate the five senses and whet the appetite.
