It opened in January 2022 in the Bunkyo Garden Gate Tower, a commercial facility in Bunkyo Ward. In addition to colorful cocktails, such as mixology cocktails made with seasonal fruits and herbs, there is also a wide selection of beer, whiskey, and wine. Italian-based creative dishes are also available, so you can have a proper meal. The Hakushu Bacon Arrabiata, made with carefully selected bacon, is simple yet rich in flavor. The Angus beef steak is tender, and the special sauce brings out the flavor. The name of the restaurant, ESCAPE, means to "escape, avoid" from the hustle and bustle of the city.
