如果點了壽喜燒和涮涮鍋套餐，就會在桌上按照人數放好蛋黃以及醬料，分別是：
左上：涮涮鍋醬料用辣蘿蔔泥、蔥花、右上：壽喜燒用蛋黃
左下：涮涮鍋用柚子醋、右下：生魚片用醬油

 

接下來送上的時鮮前菜超驚艷！生魚片軟嫩鮮甜，挾著紫蘇葉沾上醬油入口，彷彿在沁涼的大海裡暢遊！

 

海膽也是非常新鮮，讓人胃口大開！
花生豆腐（又稱島豆腐），是沖繩當地名產，Ｑ彈口感和鮭魚卵搭配十分清爽

重頭戲棉花糖壽喜燒一端進來就讓人驚呼連連，拿出手機拍個不停
開火後約 5 分鐘棉花糖就會融化在鍋中，與醬料和蔬菜融合
可以用筷子輔助讓棉花糖快點融化，不喜歡太甜也可以先把一些棉花糖撕起來吃掉唷 xD

 

阿古豬拼盤是推薦大家來沖繩必點的肉品！
不吃牛的同事說這是她吃過最好吃的豬肉，不會油膩，但又軟嫩且入口即化，是台灣吃不到的美味！
在壽喜燒鍋涮完沾上蛋黃，黑糖和醬油帶出豬肉香甜，非常推薦！

 

石垣牛的油脂相較其他和牛少一點，所以吃到後面也不會覺得太負擔
