Located in Naha City, Sakikizen Kazuki is very close to Kokusai Street. The restaurant has a luxurious exterior, and after checking in with FunNow, the staff warmly store your shoes in the shoe locker (they even place them at the entrance for you when you leave—so thoughtful!).

If you order the sukiyaki or shabu-shabu set, sauces and condiments are prepared for each person:
Top left: Spicy daikon and green onion for shabu-shabu
Top right: Egg yolk for sukiyaki
Bottom left: Yuzu ponzu sauce for shabu-shabu
Bottom right: Soy sauce for sashimi

 

Next comes the fresh seasonal appetizer—absolutely stunning!
The sashimi is tender and sweet. Take a bite with a shiso leaf dipped in soy sauce, and it feels like swimming in a refreshing ocean!

 

The uni (sea urchin) is super fresh and will whet your appetite immediately.
Peanut tofu (island tofu), a local Okinawa specialty, has a bouncy texture and pairs perfectly with salmon roe for a refreshing taste.

 

Now, the highlight: cotton candy sukiyaki!
It immediately draws gasps and lots of photo-taking.
About 5 minutes after lighting the fire, the cotton candy melts into the pot, blending with the sauce and veggies.
You can use chopsticks to help it melt faster. If you prefer a less sweet taste, you can even remove some cotton candy before it melts LOL

 

The Agu pork platter is a must-try when in Okinawa!
Even a coworker who doesn’t eat beef said, “This is the best pork I’ve ever had!”—it’s juicy, tender, and melts in your mouth, offering a flavor you won’t find in Taiwan.
Dip the pork in the sukiyaki broth, then into the egg yolk—the brown sugar and soy sauce highlight the pork’s natural sweetness. Highly recommended!

 

The Ishigaki beef has a lighter fat content compared to other wagyu, so you won’t feel heavy even after eating a lot.
Highly recommend pairing it with shabu-shabu and yuzu ponzu for a refreshing balance that enhances the beef's flavor!

 

The shabu-shabu broth is light and goes perfectly with the simmered vegetables. It resets your palate after the rich sukiyaki flavors and keeps you craving more.
After enjoying all the meats, a bowl of udon wraps up the meal perfectly👍

 

Finally, a refreshing sorbet provides the perfect ending.
