① For individual mat purchases
　－Pick up your mat on the day of the event between 15:00 and 18:50 by presenting your 6-digit code at the FunNow booth.
　－Please note: This plan does not include an admission ticket to the Kaiensai.

② For mat + Free Seating ticket bundle purchases
　－Go to the Kaiensai Free Area ticket purchase page, add the Picnic Sheet on the add-on page, and complete the payment.
　－On the event day, after completing your ticket exchange, simply show your order screen to the staff to receive the Picnic Sheet as well.

❌ Refund & Exchange Policy
・Free cancellation up to 3 hours before the event begins.
・Cancellations within 3 hours of the event will incur a 30% handling fee.
・No refunds or exchanges will be offered in the following cases:
　－Used or redeemed items
　－Requests based on subjective reasons such as “the item doesn’t look like the photo”
