Reservation Policy:

・A 50% deposit per person is required upon reservation, which will be deducted from the total bill.

・No refund for cancellation. Kindly be informed that reschedule is only allowed if the changes were made 48 hours prior to your reservation.

・Operation time: Daily 18:00 - 23:00

・Reservation is essential 48 hours prior to your dining date.

・We encourage guests to inform us of any special dietary requirements or allergies in advance, so we can provide the best possible dining experience. This helps us ensure your safety and enjoyment.

・Kindly inform the restaurant if there is any special request (eg: Birthday, Anniversary, etc.)

・Please provide your car plate number in the remark section for our security registration.

・For in-house guest, please book here.

Dress Code:

・Dress to impress with collared shirts, dresses, skirts, blouses, or pantsuits, as a smart casual dress code is observed. (Slippers/Shorts not allowed)

・In keeping with the exclusivity and ideals of our bespoke sanctuary, The Banjaran welcomes adults and guests aged 12 years and above.

Corkage Charge:

・Please take note that the restaurant has a corkage charge of RM 120++ per bottle for wine & RM 240++ per bottle for hard liquor.

・Bring your own bottle to Jeff’s Cellar Bar is NOT permitted.
