・Merchant reserves the right to refuse service if you are late for more than 15 minutes.

・Please arrive on time according to your booking time. Merchant reserves the right to reduce treatment time accordingly if you are late.

・3 hours prior to the booking date, eligible to reschedule once.

・This booking can no longer be changed or cancelled once it has been rescheduled.

・No refunds will be made for any difference in price for online payment changes resulted from rescheduling.

・Cancel before on booking day (departure day), will be charged 100% of total amount as deposit.

・In case of partial payment by credit card installment, payment by the same credit card for this transaction will be made after full refund of the payment.
