• Seating operates on a first-come, first-served basis. The outlet reserves the right to manage seating arrangements as needed.
• The purchased package and number of guests indicated in your booking will be reserved once a reservation is made through Platform.
• The set menu suitability for the number of guests is only a reference. If your group size differs, please indicate the actual number of guests in the reservation remarks.
• Platform guarantees no queue and will reserve your booking time slot.
• Reservation slots will be held for 15 minutes beyond the scheduled time. Failure to arrive within the grace period may result in the reservation being released without further notice.
