Due to maintenance work, the outdoor swimming pool and men's sauna will be temporarily closed on May 7, 2024. The gym and women's sauna will remain in normal operation. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

With regard to the situation of the COVID-19 outbreak, the Lakeshore Hotel Group has raised the standards of safety protection in strict compliance with the regulations of the Taiwan Centers for Disease Control, Ministry of Health and Welfare and the latest announcements on the travel situation by the Central Epidemic Command Center. Please pay special attention to the reception policy:

．Guests listed below who are at risk of infections will not be entertained, neither will hotel room reservations and dining bookings by third parties on behalf of the aforementioned be accepted:

- Guests under “Home Health Care” or “Self-Health Management”

- Those who experience cough, sneezing, shortness of breath or other respiratory tract symptoms and refuse to wear a face mask.

Facility Maintenance

To provide excellent service and facilities, the gym, outdoor swimming pool, and sauna will be closed for cleaning from 12:00 PM to 01:30 PM daily and for maintenance from 6:00 AM to 01:30 PM on the first Tuesday of each month. The monthly maintenance will be postponed to the next Tuesday in case of holidays.

A Sustainable Journey. Lakeshore Hotel Group is leading the green initiative to create a more eco-friendly hotel experience. Guest rooms will not provide disposable, one-time use toiletries.
