Head chef has over 30 years of sushi making experiences, everyday he goes to the Toyosu market and hand pick the freshest seafood, not only that the restaurant also receive daily catches from Hokkaido, where the head chef turns the most simplest ingredients into magic on the dining table.
Decor:
Designed with Japanese Ise cypress, the bar counter is also decorated with Okayama traditional art "bizenyaki", with each inch deigned to provide customers the best dining experience.
