・為2020年尋味饗宴剪綵,由去年榮獲米芝蓮餐盤推薦位於名古屋的Restau K Yamauchi店主兼主廚山內賢一郎親臨獻技,與WHISK主廚Oliver Li攜手以愛知縣的本地食材,以薈萃日本頂級食材的當代法式料理,呈獻別具一格的8道菜聯乘饗宴。

・首度親臨The Mira的主廚山內賢一郎將呈獻創意洋溢的4道美饌及2款驚喜前菜,包括甜菜根松露糰子、鴨肝伴八丁味噌及醬油の搾 ─ 鬆化薄脆內釀入濃郁味噌與鴨肝慕絲,內裡的柿子果醬散發迷人果香。由日籍主廚巧製的耀目菜餚,除了墨魚、甘酒伴海膽,還有藏於芳香酥皮內的昆布和牛,享用時將滿布雪花紋的和牛伴上柚子果蓉、昆布及大蔥,讓人再三回味!

・主廚Oliver Li熱衷採用日本及法國頂級食材入饌,以3道從未曝光的嶄新菜餚為饕客締造驚喜。融合白子與白蘆筍的自家製蟶子「豆腐」,香氣撲鼻的木燻乳鴿配20種根莖蔬菜;以及用上出產自福岡 久留米市、散發獨特松子芳香的菇菌製成的松の子芝士,滿載香濃鮮味。聯乘菜譜更提供3款醇酒及雞尾酒配對選擇,例如由昆布鰹魚高湯及從橡木桶奉上的日本Nikka威士忌,再加上味道甘甜的San Pellegrino湯力調製的特飲,與主廚Oliver Li的菜餚配合得天依無縫!
