About Ting Ba: Ting Ba was opened by the AMBA Hotel and the famous music performance space Legacy Taipei, which is also relaxing. From blues to hip-hop, you can find many types of music accompanied by fine alcohol.
Signature dishes: "Ginger Sweet Moses" is blended with the Baijiadrum rum brewed with ginger and added with ginger ale. The ginger tastes rich but unobtrusive. "Overflow Classic" is Bourbon whiskey added with orange peel, brown sugar and de-oiled bacon for distillation. The fragrance of citrus oil is mixed with the aroma of bacon, which is very unforgettable.
Interior design: American retro style. The installation art of more than 300 jeans, drapery made of vinyl records, and the stacking of large speakers are amazing.
